2nd and 3rd Level is not for you to find. It's your 1st level duty to do so. You just guide them and  provide materials the way I did. Don't bother of being slow, as long as you are consistent and committed, it will definitely help you for the long term.

After you join this wonderful Community Referral Program as a new user, position yourself at You. 

• Starting from your personal RM30 top up or reload a month, you will be eligible to earn Reload Commission of 6% from your 1st Level Referrals, 3% from your 2nd Level Referrals and 11% from your 3rd Level Referrals from their total monthly reload. If your personal reload RM60 or more a month, it will increase your Reload Commission to 10%, still 3% and 13% respectively from your levels of referrals.
• If You referred a New User from your family or friends, the person is your referral at 1st Level. Start small by referring 5 New Users. It is not impossible to start 5 persons a month. You will get Fast Track Bonus Commission of RM20 and 6% Top Up Commission from the preloaded RM30 airtime or credit of a new Tone Excel WOW sim card each time you've sold and registered them. A profit of RM21.80 per user. However if you sold a sim card to the 2nd and 3rd Level Referrals, you will not enjoy the RM20 commission instead you will get 3% and 11% Reload Commission respectively from the preloaded RM30 airtime or credit of a new Tone Excel WOW sim card.
• The 2nd Level Referrals and 3rd Level Referrals is not your concern to refer or to find. It will become the person at the 1st Level to refer a new user to get the same profit and benefit as you did. Same goes to the person at the 2nd Level.
• There is a reason why the Reload Commissions is 6%, 3% and 11% or 10%, 3% and 13%. Remember that my concept is more on helping each other. If you didn't provide guidance, information or materials like I did, they will not have the passion or motivation to do so. I know it is not easy but when there is a will it can be done. This is why I help my 1st and 2nd Level of Referrals for me to achieve the 3rd Level Referrals Reload Commissions. It can also be applied to you.
• Let us assume everyone including yourself to top up or reload RM50 a month (to be eligible for Personal Accident Insurance Coverage) and also referred 5 New Users.
• You at the Top Position will earn Reload Commissions of RM15.00 from the 1st Level, RM37.50 at the 2nd Level and RM687.50 at the 3rd Level. Your Total Income from Reload Commission a Month is RM740.00. Total from Fast Track Bonus Commission from 5 New Users at 1st Level is RM100.00. Your Total Profit a month will become RM840.00.
• If your personal reload RM60 or more, now you will get RM975.00 including Fast Track Bonus Commission.
• Now assuming everyone referred 10 New Users.Total Fast Track Bonus Commission from 10 New Users at 1st Level is RM200.00  Your Total Profit a month will shoot up to RM5,880.00 or RM6,900.00.
• Starting from 1st April 2014, you will also get back 3% from your Total Personal Monthly Reload which is RM1.50 if assuming your reload is RM50.

Reminder: Preloaded RM30 airtime or credit of a new Tone Excel WOW sim card is considered as your first top up or reload which your referrer will get at 1st Level Reload Commission.

Ask this question to yourself. 
Did you get any profit for recommending other Telcos sim card to your family and friends? From their reloads? Your reloads?
The answer is definitely a big NO.
