• Your Identification/Passport number may not be eligible because you have not fulfilled the 60 day cooling-off period OR your account was not in ACTIVE status when the report was generated. 
• As long as you are currently in ACTIVE status and reload RM50 monthly, you are ELIGIBLE. To ensure your Identification/Passport number show as ELIGIBLE, simply reload RM50 every month to stay ACTIVE when the list is generated.
• ACTIVE status means that your Tune Talk credit validity has not expired.
• RM50 reload is used as your mobile phone airtime or credit to make calls. Meaning your PA Insurance  Coverage is FREE.
• Eligibility to the PA Insurance coverage is subject to accuracy of subscriber’s personal information as per his/her Mykad/Passport/Police ID/Army ID entered at point of registration. There is 2 types of commission that you will be entitled.

1. Fast Track Bonus Commission of RM20.

• When you referred/registered a new user/member, you will earn a RM20 commission from the RM90 new Tone Excel WOW sim card. On a common term of referring is actually selling indirectly. You will get RM20 commission only if you sold to 1st Level Referrals.

Why I didn't stated direct selling?

Payout Schedule: 

• If you referred a new user during the first 2 weeks in that month, you will be paid at the end of the month.
• The last 2 weeks, you will be paid on the 11th of next month.
• Paid directly to your bank account.

2. 3 Levels Top Up or Reload Commission.

• Refer to the above, after referring a new user you will earn Fast Track Bonus Commission from the new Tone Excel WOW sim card and you are even eligible to earn 6% Top Up Commission from the preloaded RM30 airtime or credit including their total monthly top up. This user will become your 1st Level.
• If your 1st Level Referrals referred a new user under them, that is your 2nd Level. You will also earn 3% from the preloaded RM30 airtime and their total monthly top up.
• If your 2nd Level Referrals referred a new user under them, that is your 3rd Level. This level you will earn a whopping 11% from the preloaded RM30 airtime and their total monthly top up.
• In total, you will earn from 3 Levels of Referrals/Members under you.
• You will earn FOREVER from them as long as they are still using their sim card. The BEST commission.

Payout Schedule:

• Your 3 Levels Top Up Commission will be paid on the 21st monthly directly to your bank account.

Reminder: You are only eligible for Fast Track Bonus Commission at 1st Level ONLY. Sometime payment can be delayed due to day of payments falls at the weekends or public holidays.

FREE Transferring Your Current Phone Number.
It Can Be Retained

This is to make it easier for New Tone Excel WOW users not having to change their current phone number. The phone number that most of us used has been long worn and to avoid from contacting our contacts about our new number. More convenient.

New temporary phone number will be given during the process after you are successfully registered as a new user or member. You just need to activate the New Tone Excel WOW sim card by making an SMS or call to your referrer just to let them know you already activated your sim card. 

After that, change back to your current sim card and wait until you receive a notification SMS from your current Telco provider that tells inactive or gratitude message for being with them. Usually you will receive that message or you can't make a call or received calls. This will take approximately 6-48 hours depending on your current phone number is under prepaid or postpaid. Terms and conditions apply.

After receiving the message or can't use the current sim card, this is where you should change to Tone Excel WOW sim card because your number transfer is completed.

Your registration can be delayed more than 48 hours because of 

• Providing wrong information 
• Your current phone bill haven't been settle for postpaid
• Your current phone number insufficient credit/airtime for prepaid (leave about RM1.00 credit/airtime)
• You are not the user
• Your identification number is not in their system
• System maintenance or offline
• Under contract (normally for postpaid users)

Caution: All new users or members of Tone Excel WOW must accurately provide Full Name, Identification Number and Address with Postcode before registration.

Reminder: It is imperative to make sure the Telco Line Name is correct and number to be retained is self own phone number which was registered previously with identification card number before switching to Tone Excel WOW sim card. Kindly contact your current Telco for confirmation. 

Example of Telco Line Name: Maxis, Digi, Celcom, Umobile, etc.

FREE Choosing New Phone Number
Starting 1st April 2014, All New Tone Excel WOW users can't choose last 4 digits of new phone number anymore due to high volumes of registration. Instead, you can choose your preferred phone number after register your self at Tune Talk Self Care Portal.  FREE within 24 hours after your sim card activated. After that, is RM5 every time you change your number.
All new phone number will be start from 010 or 0111. New Tone Excel WOW sim card is not designated with number. Only serial number or bar code at the rear of the card.
However there is a limit in choices if you choose nice number which most of them already been taken by other users or Telcos.

Caution: All new users or members of Tone Excel WOW must accurately provide Full Name, Identification Number and Address with Postcode before registration.

Reminder: If you bought the card from me or under my level of referrals, you can choose up to 5 choices of numbers. I will be the one to register it for you. Depend on availability with no extra charge. FREE.
