Tune Talk Self Care Account will be automatically activated after your Tone Excel WOW sim card is used for the first time. Tune Talk didn't give your password during mobile phone number activation.

Tune Talk Self Care Portal

All you need to do to obtain your password, simply follow this instructions:

1. Go to Tune Talk Self Care
2. Enter the Username/NRIC with your identification/passport number without hyphens - as shown above
3. Do not choose for Login Details
4. Choose Forgot Username/Password
5. Choose Forgot Password as shown below
6. Choose your Nationality
7. Enter your identification number or passport number
8. Choose Tune Talk Mobile Number. Faster Receiving SMS. Also can choose Email
9. Enter your Tune Talk Mobile Number 
10. Click Reset Password. Your reset password will be sent to your mobile phone number.

Tune Talk Self Care Reset Password

If you want to change your preferred Phone Number, simply follow instruction below indicated by Red Arrows. It is FREE within 24 hours after your sim card being activated.

1. Select My Numbers

2. Enter your preferred phone number last 4 digits

3. Choose preferred phone number and submit.
That's all to it.

For others, simply select the menu.
