After 12 am, it will be activated in the morning time

Get your New Tone Excel WOW sim card from Headquarters, Branch, Service Center, Junior Center or 
Your Referrer. 
Ask them if they are using different method.

Method to Register New Phone Number for New User/Member

SMS Method for Malaysian MyKad Holder

ad (New user name) (Last 8 digits serial number at the back of new sim card) (PUK number) (IC number without '-') (Address with postcode) idp (Your membership id/referrer id)

Example of Registering a New Number for MyKad Holder:

Reminder: Upon received SMS from Data Entry Center (Maybe from different number than 014-705 7769), kindly insert the name of new members, new sim card serial number, the successful new phone number, new membership Id and your name with your membership Id as shown below. Include my blog website for info and guidance. SMS whole message to the new member/referral.

Andy Lau Tak Wah. New sim card S/N: 80206824. New phone number 0107171128. Tone Excel Id: M91-M-171717.
Activate your new Tone Excel WOW sim card by making the first SMS or call to your referrer for them to be able Fast Track Bonus.

SMS Method for Army or Police Identity Card Holder

ad (New user name) (Last 8 digits serial number at the back of new sim card) (PUK number) (Army/Police Id Number) (Date of Birth) (Address with postcode) idp (Your membership id/referrer id)

Reminder: Please follow the same method as SMS Method for Malaysian MyKad Holder to send message to the New Users/Members after registration is done.

Method to Register & Retain Current Phone Number for New User/Member

Reminder: Make sure the Telco Line Name is correct and number to be retained is their own phone number which was registered previously with identification card number. Guide your new member to send SMS to 014-705 7769 using their current phone number to be retained. This means that SMS must use the current phone number of new member to be registered for the purpose of retaining current phone number. Otherwise it will not be entertained.

Example of Registering & Retaining Current Phone Number:

Advisable: Kindly guide your new member after received SMS from Data Entry Centre (Maybe from different number than 014-705 7769) to forward the SMS to you. After that kindly insert the name of new members, new sim card serial number, new temporary phone number, new membership Id and your name with your membership Id as shown below. Include my blog website for info and guidance. SMS whole message to the new member/referral.

Example:

Aminah Bin Amat. New sim card S/N: 80206686. New temporary phone number 011134438756. Tone Excel Id: M91-M-207505.
Activate your new Tone Excel WOW sim card by making the first SMS or call to your referrer for them to be able Fast Track Bonus. Please use back your current phone number sim card until receive SMS that your current phone number is no longer active or can no longer be used . Then change to Tone Excel WOW sim card.

Check Balance *133# call.
Reload *122*reload voucher number# call.
Info Access *111# call.

Caution: If registered under wrong membership Id, this matter will not be entertained anymore due to incompetence and high registration volumes. The person you registered will be someone referral.


Reminder: For registration problems, please contact Data Entry Center as soon as possible to avoid fine of RM90 such as error in providing sim card serial number, Identification card number, current telco line name, phone number to be retained and late feedback of registration from them more than 48 hours.
